Divorce is painful and yet it can be a life-changing experience of personal growth if we choose. I know this personally. We can step into our personal power and choose to be aware of our emotions and separate them from the economics. We can choose to act rather than react in the moment and make grounded decisions for ourselves and our family. We can take time to define our values, to get into touch with our intuition, and live a more aligned life.
